FHA Fix Up Loan
These all refer to the same thing – an FHA loan for repairing, rehabbing, remodeling, or fixing up a home that you purchase with an FHA-insured mortgage.
There are some good deals out there. But they're not perfect homes - at least not yet. One of them could be Your Dream Home once you Fix It Up the way you like it. Don't be afraid to tackle a small Fix Up Project. The Money is there and Help and Advice is available.
To take advantage of any good-deal opportunity you're going to need financing. The FHA Streamlined 203(k) mortgage is the perfect way to go. In addition to the mortgage for buying a home, you can borrow up to $35,000 more for fixing it up. And it's all just one mortgage at a low FHA interest rate.
